Are you having issues creating SharePoint Online subsites?

Microsoft has recently pushed a deployed update to Microsoft 365 to enforce subsite creation policy from the admin center which blocks workarounds users were leveraging to create subsites.

If users are now reporting an issue that they can not create subsites, one of your admins will need to allow subsite creation from within the SharePoint Online admin center.
