This month, Calder IT was awarded the Fair Work Charter certificate. This is a recent charter from the West Yorkshire Combined Authority to support and showcase West Yorkshire businesses that are committed to their workers by demonstrating their positive actions in five areas: Opportunity, Wellbeing, Employee Voice, Fulfilment, Security.
