Positive feedback for CalderIT

Julia Lee from Commonsense Initiative (CSI) read the following statement out at a BNI zoom meeting.
“Working for the Rugby Football League I had been spoilt with 24/7 IT support, so it was all a bit of a shock when I set up my own business. Very quickly I identified that IT was not my area of expertise and was on the hunt for someone to help. I soon found that there were not many IT companies who were interested in supporting a small business and had many calls and emails ignored.
I first met James from Calder IT when I was invited as a guest to a Terriers BNI meeting in 2018. At the time I was having a terrible time with my IT I had far too many email domains, constant failures with my 365 and had the challenge of recovering from having my lap top stolen. All this along with the fact that I did not had not a clue I was wasting hours of valuable time trying to resolve computer problems.
At our first meeting James listened and then suggested an affordable way forward. He introduced me to his team and within a month all my IT issues were resolved, and I had daily IT support. Since this time, I have never looked back, Calder IT have been solution focused, calm, patient and on hand for my day to day IT problems or concerns. As my business grows this has proved vital and provides piece of mind that I have a safe pair of IT hands.
I cannot speak highly enough of James and the team and would not hesitate to recommend them to other small or medium size businesses.”
